DVD / Video Library

The Visual Bible series is a word for word dramatic re-enactment of the Gospel of Matthew, the Gospel of John and the Book of Acts.
The Matthew Movie ~ The year is about 62 A.D., and the aging apostle Matthew recalls the remarkable events he witnessed as a young man. As his story unfolds, the centuries melt away and we are intimately involved in the life of Jesus. We share the mystery and the wonder of His birth. We witness His baptism and temptation in the wilderness. We experience the compassion and hope of the Sermon on the Mount. Walk with Jesus through Galilee as He calls His disciples, performs the first miracles, and begins teaching His world-changing message of love and redemption. This deeply moving presentation of the most beloved of stories stars luminary Richard Kiley as Matthew and the passionate Bruce Marchiano as Jesus. This unique word-for-word presentation in the NIV® brings to the screen a divine yet warmly human Jesus.
The Gospel of John ~ an ambitious motion picture that has been adapted for the screen on a word for word basis from the American Bible Society's Good News Bible. The story of Jesus' life as recounted by His disciple John, this three-hour epic feature film draws its audience into antiquity by way of meticulous recreation, including an original musical score complete with instrumental sounds of the time. This ambitious motion picture follows the Gospel precisely, neither adding to the story from other Gospels, nor omitting complex passages.
The Book of Acts ~ Journey with the physician Luke (Dean Jones) as he tells the enthralling story of danger, struggle, and triumph that marks the birth of the Christian church. Experience the transforming power of Pentecost and catch the fire as God uses the passion of Peter (James Brolin) and John (Andre Jacobs) to send the flame of faith racing throughout Jerusalem and around the world. Luke's powerful narrative brings to vivid life the compassionate love that unites believers across the ages.
